Cupids Dart White Flower Seeds (Catananche Caerulea White) 30+Seeds
Cupids Dart (Catananche Caerulea White) - Stir up some love in your garden and grow Cupid's Dart seeds! Native to southwestern Europe and once used as an ingredient in love potions, Catananche Caerulea, known as Love Plant or Cupid's Dart, is a short-lived perennial that is ideal for border plantings. Love Plant Cupid's Dart forms clumps of grassy leaves which are accented by single white flowers with dark centers. The papery, white flowers are produced on slender, upright stems, all through summer and into the fall. The Cupid's Dart flower is excellent for cutting and using in either fresh or dried arrangements.
Cupid's Dart will bloom the first year if the flower seed is planted early, in late winter. To do an early planting, sow Catananche Caerulea seeds indoors using moist seed compost and starter trays. Sow the Cupid's Dart flower seeds on the surface and lightly cover the flower seeds with moistened soil. Keep the flower seeds moist until germination. When seedlings are large enough to handle transplant them into 3 inch pots. Keep them in a light place but not in direct sun. Gradually harden Cupid's Dart plants to outside conditions for 10 - 15 days before planting them in their permanent place after frost season has passed.
