Egyptian Cotton Plant Seeds (Gossypium barbadense) 20+Seeds

$ 6.29

Gossypium barbadense forms a fast growing and short-lived shrub or small tree with trilobed leaves and yellow flowers followed by pods with soft, white hairs that are attached to the seeds. Originally native to the Andes in South America, it is widely cultivated today as extra-long staple (ELS) cotton and some of its selections are widely known as Egyptian cotton. The seed fibers of Gossypium barbadense are exceptionally long and fine and produce the highest quality fabric.
